Little Addison is now one. We can't believe it has already been a year. It has been the most; amazing, fun, happy, difficult, exhausting, loving, joyful, and surprising year of our life. Being a parent is the best thing, but there isn't anything that can prepare you for it.
Addi knew all the excitement was for her. She put on a star performance making sure everyone kept their eyes on her.
She received tons of cute toys, books, and clothes from everyone. It seemed that whatever present she was opening at the time was her absolute favorite.
We celebrated with Justin's family in Idaho a week early due to my work schedule. We kept Addison's birthday low-key with just my family and our close family friends Blizz and Jean. I still wasn't feeling great so the decorating and dinner didn't turn out quite like I had hoped (I was extremely anemic and had been getting iron transfusions for three weeks. I had absolutely NO energy).
Addison now weighs 21 pounds and is 30 inches tall.
Addison loved her cake, she loved everyone singing to her, and she loved when Grandpa shared his ice cream.
Below is a picture of my fam minus Tom, Ty, and Me.
Ty and Bryar helped get all of Addison's toys up and running during the party. They were a huge help!!
We hope everyone knows how much we appreciate all of the love and support we have received this past year with Addison. We recognize how blessed we are to have her and all of our friends and family in our life!

October 9, 2008
Its been an uneventful couples of weeks. Miss Addison runs, likes eating dog food, has two more teeth, and always signs that she needs more food (obviously she is doing just fine).
Addison and I went to Natalie and Mackley's house to play. The girls had fun playing toether especially jumping by the stairs. They both look a titch crazy :)!

MC's Homecoming Parade
The fam went to see Bryar in the homecoming parade. Addison cheered the entire parade despite being hot, tired, and hungry.

We're back in the blogging world!
Little Addison has turned our world upside down (and we love it)! It's amazing how much she has changed in just a couple of months. These days Addison has: went from crawling to walking; knows a few different signs; says momma, dad, Tish, Nan, and yum; has 6 teeth; and her hair has been cut twice (thanks to Grandma).

Easter
This year we had an awesome Easter. Justin and Addison went to church with Grandma and Aunt Deeana because I had to work. Addison looked darling in her Easter dress.
Notice on the left side of Addison's head the curl that sticks up. For the life of me I couldn't figure out why it was always sticking out. I couldn't get it to stay down to save my life. Well. . . . A few days ago I realized what the problem was. Addison pulls her own hair and it is always that one piece. Bless her little heart every time she would pull it she would let out a horrific scream and look at me like I was the biggest jerk ever.
Addison and her Easter ducks!
The Easter egg hunt with Justin, Bryar & Ty.
I'm not sure who had more fun, Justin or Addison.
After we finished the hunt, we all cooked hotdogs and marshmallows over the fire, and opened all the eggs to check out all the loot. You may have noticed there weren't any pictures of me. Well: after working all day; being sick; having my hair died WAY to blonde; and deciding a cream sweater would look nice; let's just say I looked like a cream blob of death.
At the end of the day we were all exhausted. I think Addison's hair sums up how we felt.
